Aim
General Purpose: Improving the quality of Hospital Services to customers

POLICY
Hospital Director ............... decree on coordination and information flow in the RS ............................

PROCEDURE
Every activity or receive a telephone call is always set Stationery
Receiving External Telephone:

1.      Officers pick-handles telephon
2.      Officers saluted, calling name, called Hospital ............, Lounge / Unit, and anyone can help?
3.      The clerk responds as appropriate talks
4.      The clerk closed the conversation with a thank you for contacting the hospital ..................
5.      Handle telephon put in place
6.      The officer noted in the book telephone expedition

    Receiving Internal Telephone:
1.       Officers pick-handles telephon
2.       Officers members greetings, name-calling, calling Lounge / Unit, and anyone can help?
3.       The clerk responds as appropriate talks
4.       The clerk concluded with thanks for contacting
5.       Handle telephon put in place
6.       The officer noted in the book telephone expedition

   telephone out:
1.      Officers pick-handles telephone
2.      Officers pressing the dial telephon to the destination number
3.      The clerk said hello, name and unit
4.      The clerk talks taste as the destination telephone
5.      The officer ended the conversation by saying the closing sentence
6.      Handle telephon put in place
