PROCEDURE :
1.
Nurses
are required to inform the actions to be performed on the patient especially
the invasive measures in the patient and ask the patient or family to create a
consent letter of action

nurse is required to provide information about the therapy given and ask for
the patient's family signature as evidence that the therapy has been given
3.
The
room nurse is required to provide information for the patient's return home
about the date of control, and the messages to be followed by the patient
