Aim
Provision of nurses
in the duty line is as a reference service to be more orderly and discipline
and perfect service can be created.
Procedure
A. Nurse Implementer
1. Arrived on time at 14.00 for nurse on duty noon / 21.00
for nurse on duty night
2. Hand over the patient along with the Head of Room and the
afternoon or evening shift.
The things that are handed over are:
a. Complete patient identity.
b. Medical diagnosis of the patient.
c. The treating physician.
d. Patient therapy.
e. The patient's last condition, if there is observation
f. What stocks have not returned.
g. Stock of medical equipment and emergency medicine that
has been re-stocked according to initial stock
3. Cleanliness of the room
4. Always keep the cleanliness and tidiness of the room
while on duty
5. Conduct monitoring of patient condition.
6. Report the condition of the patient in the event of a
change of condition to the physician.
7. Receive guidance and guidance from the head of the room
and physician on duty
8. Conducted discussions on the condition of the patient
with the head of the chamber and the duty doctor
9. Taking medicine or replacement health equipment from
pharmacy while on night duty
10. Conduct Handover on the
morning shift with accompanied by the head of room.
