STANDARD HAVE ACCURACY PROCEDURES NURSE MORNING

Understanding

The nurse service line is done by all nurse personnel in hospital service unit

Aim

Stipulation of the nurses' line of service is as a reference service pattern to be more orderly and discipline and perfect service can be created.

Procedure

A.    Head of Room

1.      Come on time at 07.00 am

2.      Following the handover of the night shift service along with the morning shift nurse.

3.      Ensure patient handover, tools, tidiness of the room runs smoothly and correctly.

4.      Ensure all night shift work is done

5.      Ensuring the stock of medicines and medical equipment is correct as night shift handover

6.      Make sure the room is clean and tidy.

7.      Ensure patient waiting room clean and tidy.

8.      Make sure the floor and bathroom are clean and tidy.

9.      Provide briefing on the latest morning meeting meeting results.

10.  Following the morning meeting at 08.00 am until 09.00 am.

11.  Provide guidance and guidance to the nurse executor properly and correctly.

12.  Ensure consumables are available in accordance with initial stock

13.  Ensure the amount of emergency medicine remains in line with initial stock

14.  Ensure the filling of the patient's nursing action form is complete and correct

15.  Ensure morning shift process to the afternoon shift smoothly and correctly.

B.     Nurse Implementer

1.      Come on time at 07.00 am

2.      Hand over the patient along with Head of Room and night shift.

3.      The things that are handed over are:

a.      Complete patient identity.

b.      Medical diagnosis of the patient.

c.      Always run the service with full of hospitality and professionalism

d.     Running a good coordination line with doctors and with other related units.

e.     Giving patients therapies according to therapi instructions.

f.      The patient's last condition.

g.     Checking what stocks have not returned.

h.   Re-equip the stock of medical equipment or emergency medicine used, and return to the initial stock

i.   Always maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the room when serving

j.    Receive direction and guidance from head of space 

k.  Conduct Handover of patient care to the afternoon shift by accompanied by the Head of space.
