What is an employee performance evaluation .......?
Is an assessment of employee behavior, Any behavior, attitude or action that should or should not be done by the employee in accordance with the provisions of the company.

The assessment includes 4 aspects:
  1. Honesty and Integrity 
  2. Discipline and Commitment 
  3. Loyalty 
  4. Skill and Competence

Discipline and Commitment
The ability to comply with obligations and avoid the prohibitions specified in the laws and regulations or or regulations of the Hospital / Company. As well as having the Will and ability to align attitudes and actions to realize the goals of the organization by prioritizing the interests of work rather than self-interest, a person and / or group.

Loyalty
Having a soul to help each other, never give up, obey the leadership and subject to the rules Hospital / Company that has been established. Apakah evaluasi kinerja karyawan.......?
Adalah penilaian terhadap perilaku kerja karyawan, Setiap tingkah laku, sikap atau tindakan yang harus atau tidak boleh dilakukan oleh pegawai sesuai dengan ketentuan Rumah Sakit Medirossa 2 Cibarusah
Penilaian yang dilakukan meliputi 4 aspek :

1.     Kejujuran dan Integritas
Kejujuran dalam sikap berperilaku dalam pelayanan dengan kesungguhan untuk meberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk pasien dan keluarga, juga kemampuan dan kemauan untuk bertindak sesuai dengan norma dan etika dalam organisasi walaupun tanpa ada yang mengawasi

2.    Disiplin dan Komitmen
Kesanggupan untuk menaati kewajiban dan menghindari larangan yang ditentukan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dan atau peraturan Rumah Sakit Medirossa 2 Cibarusah. Serta memiliki Kemauan dan kemampuan untuk menyelaraskan sikap dan tindakan diri untuk mewujudkan tujuan organisasi dengan mengutamakan kepentingan kerja daripada kepentingan diri sendiri, seseorang dan atau golongan.

3.    Loyalitas
Memiliki jiwa saling membantu, pantang menyerah, patuh pada pimpinan dan tunduk pada peraturan Rumah Sakit yang telah ditetapkan. NURSING PROCEDURES FOR DUTY AND DURATION OF NIGHT


Understanding
The nursing service line is done by all nurse personnel in the hospital

Aim
Provision of nurses in the duty line is as a reference service to be more orderly and discipline and perfect service can be created.

Procedure
A.    Nurse Implementer
1.      Arrived on time at 14.00 for nurse on duty noon / 21.00 for nurse on duty night
2.      Hand over the patient along with the Head of Room and the afternoon or evening shift.
The things that are handed over are:
a.       Complete patient identity.
b.      Medical diagnosis of the patient.
c.       The treating physician.
d.      Patient therapy.
e.       The patient's last condition, if there is observation
f.       What stocks have not returned.
g.      Stock of medical equipment and emergency medicine that has been re-stocked according to initial stock
3.      Cleanliness of the room
4.      Always keep the cleanliness and tidiness of the room while on duty
5.      Conduct monitoring of patient condition.
6.      Report the condition of the patient in the event of a change of condition to the physician.
7.      Receive guidance and guidance from the head of the room and physician on duty
8.      Conducted discussions on the condition of the patient with the head of the chamber and the duty doctor
9.      Taking medicine or replacement health equipment from pharmacy while on night duty 
10. Conduct Handover on the morning shift with accompanied by the head of room.
